Job Summary We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using the WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress themes and plugins, along with a background in front-end and back-end development. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality and innovative web solutions. Key Responsibilities Website Development & Maintenance: Design and build responsive websites using WordPress, ensuring high performance and user experience. Customization: Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements. Content Management: Manage website content updates and implement SEO best practices. Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs or issues related to website functionality and performance. Integration: Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed. Testing: Conduct website performance tests and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices. Optimization: Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability. Security: Monitor and implement website security measures. Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in WordPress development. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS architecture, custom themes, and plugins. Familiarity with debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome DevTools. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery. Experience in WooCommerce development (if applicable).
