Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Website Development & Maintenance

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements.
Create and update landing pages, product pages, and blog posts.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, browser compatibility, and high performance.
Handle website migration, backup, and restoration when required.

Server & Hosting Management

Manage cPanel, DNS, SSL certificates, and domain pointing.
Coordinate with hosting providers for uptime, backup, and troubleshooting.
Perform routine website maintenance, updates, and version control.
Optimize site loading speed and ensure server security.

Email System Maintenance

Create and manage company email accounts through cPanel or Google Workspace.
Handle email configurations for Outlook/Webmail and resolve technical issues.
Manage spam filters, mailbox quotas, and email backup processes.
Ensure secure communication and smooth email functionality across departments.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
Optimize meta tags, titles, and content for keywords.
Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Generate backlinks, monitor keyword performance, and prepare SEO reports.

Key Skills:

WordPress (Theme Customization, Plugin Management, PHP/HTML/CSS basics)
cPanel / Hosting / DNS / SSL Management
Email Configuration (cPanel, Outlook, Webmail, GSuite)
SEO (On-page, Off-page, Google Tools)
Website Security & Performance Optimization
Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development and technical maintenance
Knowledge of SEO and digital tools preferred
Experience in NBFC / service industry websites is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,358.83 - ₹35,482.22 per month
