Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers for gold loan services. Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules. Assist in loan application, KYC verification, and documentation. Coordinate with the gold appraiser to verify purity and weight. Ensure proper valuation, tagging, and secure storage of gold. Handle daily cash transactions and maintain registers accurately. Monitor due dates, collect interest payments, and follow up on renewals. Maintain customer relationship and encourage renewals and repeat business. Assist with branch audits, compliance, and reporting activities. Adhere to company policies, operational SOPs, and RBI guidelines. Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in gold loan, banking, or financial services. Skills: Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, loan software) Knowledge of gold loan process is an advantage Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
