Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive, functional websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including implementing WordPress themes and plugins, integrating various systems, and performing regular security and performance updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, an eye for design, and solid content management skills. Ultimately, we are seeking someone who can deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites that align with client goals and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss website design, features, and functionality requirements.
• Design and build responsive and visually appealing website front-ends.
• Develop and maintain website architecture for scalability and performance.
• Manage back-end development, including database and server integration.
• Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Conduct website performance and security tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and content issues promptly.
• Provide WordPress training and support to clients.
• Monitor the performance of live websites and perform regular maintenance updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer (minimum 1 year required).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
• Strong understanding of website architecture, design principles, and aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
