About the Role

We are looking for a WordPress & AI Blog Expert to manage and grow our network of content-driven websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WordPress, AI-assisted content creation, and SEO optimisation — ensuring each blog runs seamlessly, drives consistent traffic, and stays at the forefront of digital publishing.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the intersection of technology, creativity, and growth marketing — and can handle both the technical management of multiple sites and the editorial workflow behind them.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple WordPress blog sites, ensuring all systems, plugins, and hosting environments run smoothly.
• Oversee AI-powered article publishing via Autopilot tools — ensuring content is generated, formatted, and published correctly.
• Manually upload and publish articles when needed, maintaining editorial quality, consistency, and SEO best practices.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and page speed — proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Reply to media and advertising enquiries regarding guest posts, sponsored content, and paid blog opportunities.
• Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
• Coordinate with content writers, AI tools, and SEO specialists to ensure each blog stays relevant, optimized, and engaging.
• Analyze traffic reports and engagement metrics to refine strategy and grow audience reach.
• Manage plugin updates, backups, and security measures across all blog properties.
• Experiment with new AI and automation tools to streamline publishing and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple WordPress sites (both technical and editorial aspects).
• Strong understanding of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, SurferSEO, etc.).
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to handle basic HTML/CSS and troubleshoot WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Strong written and communication skills — particularly in managing inbound partnership or media enquiries.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar).
• A proactive mindset — someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and keep multiple projects running smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with affiliate marketing, AdSense, or other monetization strategies.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or WordPress Cron).
• Previous experience running AI-powered blog automation systems.
• Knowledge of content marketing and digital PR outreach.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
