📌 Job Opening: WM Tax Analyst – Operations (Freshers Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Reconciliation:

  • Analyze data discrepancies, identify root causes, and ensure resolution of recon exceptions.
  • Validate data integrity in client-facing reports.
  • Create and maintain metrics and status reports to track reconciliation progress.
  • Provide detailed documentation of analysis and resolution processes.

Process Improvements & Reporting:

  • Review and improve existing operational processes.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop trending reports and standard benchmarks.
  • Support in developing process efficiency metrics.

Project Support:

  • Collaborate on testing plans and summaries for new functionalities.
  • Support process and technology-related initiatives.
  • Multitask effectively and take ownership of assigned projects/issues.


Preferred/Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation
  • Knowledge of 1099 and 1042-S reporting
  • Experience or academic background in

    accounting

    or

    financial operations
