Job Description

JOB TITLE :Wipro is hiring For Associate Voice process- UK HR Operations

DEPARTMENT: Voice

Looking for Associates for Voice process: UK HR Operation

Voter ID or valid passport and 1 document is compulsory.

Office Location: Airoli east.

Voice Process
Mid Shift only (12pm or 1pm to 9.5hrs and drop will be provided)
Sat/Sun fixed off
Age criteria: 20 years to 27 years are allowed

Role & responsibilities

Work Experience

Summary

Min 7months+ experience in international voice process is mandatory.
Excellent communication required.
Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.
Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.
