About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Windows System Administrator to join our IT team in Nagpur. The ideal

candidate will manage and maintain our Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring performance,

reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and systems.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.

• Perform regular backups, updates, and patches.

• Ensure data and network security.

• Provide support to internal teams and maintain IT documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.

• Experience with networking protocols, firewall management, and system security.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
