Windows System Administrator

• Responsible for managing Windows Server infrastructure, including maintaining and upgrading server systems, applications, and software.
• Responsible for server installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor server performance, analyze system logs, and make recommendations for improvements to ensure optimum performance and security.
• Implement and configure Active Directory, including Group Policy objects, Domain Name Services, and user authentication.
• Set up and manage firewalls, switches, and routers to ensure the security of the company's network.
• Maintain and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Resolve issues related to connectivity, hardware, and software, and coordinate with relevant teams to address issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to server infrastructure.
• Support other IT teams and stakeholders on Windows-related projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems, including Windows 2012, 2016, 2019.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects.
• Experience in Firewall, and Linux is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
