As a solution provider in this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver client solutions effectively. Your main tasks will include driving end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation, customizing and integrating existing products, implementing ERP technology, providing product support and maintenance, deploying automation tools for process optimization, and offering solutioning advice to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Bridging the gap between project and support teams using techno-functional expertise - Driving end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects - Checking feasibility of change requirements and providing optimal solutions with clear timelines - Providing techno-functional solution support for new business implementations - Supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products - Implementing business processes and requirements on ERP systems - Writing code following developmental standards - Providing product support and maintenance to clients for ERP solutions - Creating and deploying automation tools for process optimization - Offering solutioning advice based on technical and functional requirements - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details for any changes and off-site support - Upgrading skills and competencies through certifications, trainings, seminars, and knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications regularly - Attend trainings, seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domain - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet,
