Your Role
- Microsoft Windows Server (2012,2016,2019,2022) AD, GPO, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and GCP
- Primary Skills: 12+ year of working Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016; 2019 and/or 2022, You will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation and support of the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Administrate; install; configure; and maintain operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance of the computing environment.
- Evaluate system specifications; input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibilities.
- Recognize and troubleshoot operating problems with server hardware and application software. Make diagnosis hardware and software problems and recommends solutions and performs necessary system repairs. Research, analyse and provide recommendation backup/security strategies as required.
- Perform installations of hardware; software; and operating systems upgrades; changes and configurations. Collaborate in planning and project management as they relate to the system and server environment to ensure timely completion and delivery of IT services.
- This is your Expertise in maintaining server environments including security patches; firmware upgrades; hot fixes; service packs; intermediate versions / full version upgrades. Exposure to Microsoft 365; Azure; AWS and GCP; regard OS support and patching needed. You are familiar with PowerShell scripting, or another scripting language. Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory; DNS; DHCP; PKI (Private Key Infrastructure) and Group Policies.
Your Profile
- 4 to 12 years of experience in Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
- Expertise in design, planning, implementation, and support of Microsoft Windows infrastructure
- Skilled in installation, configuration, and maintenance of OS and related software
- Proficient in troubleshooting server hardware/software issues and performing system repairs
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Group Policy Management
- Experience with patch management, firmware upgrades, service packs, and OS version upgrades
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP for OS support and patching
- Familiar with PowerShell scripting or similar automation tools.
