Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

Lead all site activities related to wind project construction, including civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
Manage installation and commissioning of wind turbines, substations, and evacuation infrastructure.
Coordinate with OEMs, EPC contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards across all site activities.
Liaise with corporate teams for engineering, procurement, logistics, and reporting.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary site teams including engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
Organize daily and weekly review meetings to track progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Stakeholder Coordination

Interface with local authorities, landowners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
Ensure necessary permits, clearances, and statutory requirements are met and maintained.
Coordinate with utility companies for grid connection and synchronization activities.
