Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within stipulated time, cost, and quality parameters.
Review construction drawings, BOQs, and work methodologies.

2. Site Management

Oversee day-to-day site activities and progress monitoring.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Resolve technical issues and ensure proper coordination among site teams.
Conduct periodic site reviews and progress meetings.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with statutory bodies for approvals, clearances, and inspections.
Coordinate with procurement, contracts, finance, and liaison teams.
Manage contractor performance, work orders, and billing verification.
Ensure smooth communication between management, design, and execution teams.

4. Cost & Quality Control

Track project costs and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Implement effective quality assurance systems and audit processes.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor project engineers, site staff, and support teams.
Foster collaboration, performance culture, and continuous improvement.
