Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Deputy Project Director to lead the execution, commissioning, and overall project management of our on-site wind power project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering and proven

expertise in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, particularly wind power, from construction through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the wind power project at site level, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and budget compliance.
• Supervise all on-site operations including civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contractors, and consultants to drive project progress.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of wind turbines and associated electrical infrastructure (substations, transmission lines, SCADA, etc.).
• Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance at all stages of project execution.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Manage site teams, monitor contractor performance, and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of site safety, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy projects, with at least 5 years in wind power.
• Proven experience in project execution and commissioning of wind farms.
• Willing to be based full-time at a remote project site.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations and renewable energy standards.
• Experience dealing with government agencies, utilities, and OEMs
