Job Description

Zelestra is looking for Wind Construction Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee wind construction projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of wind construction principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
