Overall Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and supervision of works at site. Coordinate with planning team, engineering, client and sub-contractor’s representative to resolve any quality problems or issues. Provide assistance to the Project Manager. Daily reporting and planning of site activity for timely completion. Supervising & Ensuring Strong knowledge of Substation up to 220 kV / 400 kV erection, Testing, Commissioning & Fault detection and reporting of the same to appropriate authority for the rectification Actively member of HOTO team and handing over commissioned project in the given timeline. Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation. Booking of vendor invoice in SAP Updation of Schedule in P6 Clearing of vendor Invoices as per Renew process in SAP

Purpose/Objective Job Title: Civil Head - General Manager Location: Korba (Chhattisgarh) & Mahan (Singrauli) Purpose: The Civil Head - General Manager will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all civil engineering activities within the Power/Energy industry at our location in Korba & Mahan (Singrauli) (Madhya Pradesh). The ideal candidate should have 22-30 years of extensive experience in civil engineering with a strong background in the power/energy sector. They will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing complex projects, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in all civil engineering initiatives. Role & responsibilities : Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all civil engineering activities within the Power/Energy industry Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success Develop and implement comprehensive civil engineering strategies to support the overall business objectives Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and safety standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering activities with other business functions Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project outcomes Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and contractors Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all civil engineering operations Provide regular reports, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership on project status and performance Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience: 22-30 years of experience in civil engineering within the Power/Energy industry Having 10+ years of experience in power plant by leading the team. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful Technical Skills: Expertise in civil engineering design principles and practices Thorough understanding of construction methodologies and materials in the power/energy sector Proficiency in project management tools and software Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements Experience in conducting feasibility studies and cost estimation for civil projects

Role & responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients in the Coal & Power industry. Understand client requirements, preferences, and objectives related to coal logistics, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and meet their goals. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, communicating regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and transportation costs, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns. Managing strong relationships with Maintaining close Liaison, Correspondence and Communication with Business counterparts with regards to the requirements. Coordination with various departments for fulfilment of commercial contractual arrangements. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 10-15 years in Client coordination, project management, Commercial coordination in similar industry with strong acumen in commercial (CRM) aspects of the business. Experience in coal logistics or related sectors such as CHP, Power, Energy is highly desirable. Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and technologies. Ability to manage multiple government & private projects concurrently. Ability to liaise with power clients, project managers and technical team leaders. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
