As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in solar projects at Bondada Group since 2012, your primary role will be to lead and oversee the electrical design aspects of renewable power plant projects. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical design drawings and specifications that adhere to both local and international standards. Your responsibilities will include designing various electrical components such as generators, power transformers, MV LV distribution systems, earthing lightning protection, and cable management. You will also be involved in calculations, BOM preparation, and overseeing project execution to ensure successful completion. Using your expertise in AutoCAD tools, you will design ground-mounted systems and perform accurate system sizing calculations. Collaboration with clients and other disciplines, such as process and electrical works, will be essential to develop and maintain customer relationships and enhance interdisciplinary coordination. In this role, you will prepare electrical design deliverables, review design documents, and ensure project completion within established schedules and technical requirements. Additionally, you will support the team lead in presenting design solutions during meetings with clients and contractors. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with relevant design experience and possess 4-6 years of experience in solar projects on a large scale. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of electrical design concepts are crucial for this role. Internal Process Collections Process Streamlining: Implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency, targeting a quarterly improvement . Ensure on time collections are completed . Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with audits and regulatory requirements. Learning & Growth Team Development: Conduct training sessions on collections, P&L, and costing for skill enhancement.
