Aligned with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006), CBM India collaborates with partners, institutions, and government agencies across 26 states to drive impactful programs, advocacy, capacity-building, and knowledge generation, striving for a truly inclusive world where individuals with disabilities can realize their full potential.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Team Leader (Coach) at CBM India. The Team Leader will oversee and guide teams to achieve organizational goals effectively, provide mentorship, and ensure teamwork within the department. The role involves planning, monitoring, and supporting team members in delivering high-quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and contributing to project management and reporting tasks. Additionally, the Team Leader will promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment aligned with the organization's values.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to guide, mentor, and support team members effectively.
  • Project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of and commitment to disability inclusion, advocacy, and community development.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting, data management, and presentations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the development or nonprofit sector.
  • Educational qualifications in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field are preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with flexibility for travel as required.
