The organization works in 26 states with partners, institutions, and government agencies on programs, advocacy, capacity-building, and knowledge generation to make a real difference in the lives of persons with disabilities.

Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Face to Face Fundraiser located in Bengaluru. The Face to Face Fundraiser will be responsible for engaging with potential donors in public spaces or events, effectively communicating the mission and goals of CBM India, and convincing people to contribute to the organization. Daily tasks include approaching and engaging with prospective donors, providing them with relevant information, and achieving weekly and monthly fundraising targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Flexibility to work in various locations and public spaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in any field or equivalent experience
