This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Professional at NextGen Broadband Pvt. Ltd., located in Gurugram. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in the ISP/Telecom segment, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals.
🔹 Generating leads and expanding client base
🔹 Conducting sales presentations and product demos
🔹 Negotiating contracts and closing deals
🔹 Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to connect with CXOs/IT/Admin heads and build long-term relationships
✅ Customer service mindset with ability to handle objections
✅ Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✅ Previous experience in broadband services or telecommunications is a plus
