🔥 What You’ll Do

• Own the user acquisition funnel from day zero — install to activation to repeat use

• Design and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, and product-led channels

• Build referral systems, gamification hooks, waitlists, and viral loops

• Improve onboarding & retention through funnel testing, push/email flows, etc.

• Collaborate closely with tech, design, and content teams to launch ideas fast

• Track and optimize metrics like CPI, CAC, LTV, churn, DAU/MAU, K-factor

✅ You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing

• A portfolio of growth wins in early-stage mobile apps or B2C startups

• Deep understanding of data analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)

• Ability to move fast, break things, and build from scratch

• Creative mindset with sharp intuition for what makes users stick
