We’re building something exciting in the consumer tech space, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at the ground floor. ⸻ 🔍 Your Role As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will: • Design and execute multi-channel user acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, influencer, etc.) • Launch and optimize app install campaigns on iOS and Android • Develop growth strategies for pre-launch, launch, and scale phases • Track and optimize CAC, CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align marketing with user experience • Explore viral loops, referrals, and influencer/community tactics ⸻ ✅ What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing for mobile apps • Proven track record of scaling B2C apps (preferably in India) • Strong grip on analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, etc.) • Experience in Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and ASO • Highly creative but also data-obsessed ⸻ ⭐ Bonus Points • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or lifestyle app domains • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment • Familiarity with Tamil or regional markets is a plus ⸻ 💬 Why Join Us?
