Develop and implement the D2C sales strategy in line with company objectives.
Identify and acquire new D2C clients, including e-commerce brands, subscription businesses, and omnichannel retailers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Work closely with operations and fulfilment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
Develop pricing models and proposals tailored to client needs.
Track sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for D2C customer acquisition.
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of D2C business models, e-commerce operations, and fulfilment logistics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
