Core Responsibilities
1.
- Ensure effective and consistent delivery of clinical care and therapeutic services across all communities.
- Oversee nursing care delivery, physiotherapy outcomes, and therapy schedules.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of resident medical records and data uploaded in Genie.
- Conduct biannual health assessments for all residents and for new occupants.
- Monitor daily H&W operations, including vitals, therapy sessions, and medical record updates.
- Conduct monthly emergency mock drills and ensure readiness for medical emergencies.
- Ensure availability of Ayurveda and allied wellness services.
- Maintain staffing adequacy at all times and ensure role clarity within teams.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all communities to ensure uniformity of practices.
2.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and functioning of all medical equipment.
- Maintain compliance with biomedical waste management and licensing requirements.
- Monitor quality standards and conduct audits as per schedule.
- Maintain NOK (Next of Kin) records and ensure 100% update accuracy.
- Oversee H&W-related financial performance, P&L management, and budget utilization.
- Ensure monthly medical camps, awareness programs, and vaccination drives are conducted.
3.
- Implement the Health & Wellness training calendar across all communities.
- Conduct and document training sessions for H&W staff based on the H&W Training Manual.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory programs including Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
- Maintain training attendance and assessment records.
- Coach and mentor the Senior Nurse and ensure regular staff briefings and stand-up meetings.
- Participate in community visits to monitor on-the-job skill application and reinforce standards.

- Handle resident feedback and complaints promptly and professionally in line with company policy.
- Conduct bi-monthly open houses with RM/ARM to capture and address community-level concerns.
- Implement initiatives to enhance resident engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Uphold the organizations reputation for high-quality and compassionate care.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and hygiene within all H&W centers.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Wellness standards, CPC FSS, and state health regulations.
- Maintain records of medical and F&B staff health checks as per legal and company norms.

- Oversee inventory and procurement of medical and wellness supplies.
- Ensure weekly stock audits and random verification of bin cards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with Centre Heads to plan and monitor budgets and expenses.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
7.
- Develop long-term strategic plans to enhance H&W services and expand offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in healthcare and senior living.
- Ensure alignment of operational initiatives with organizational strategy and vision.
8.
- Submit daily MIS, weekly visit updates, and consolidated monthly H&W performance reports.
- Foster open communication among departments to ensure collaboration and issue resolution.
- Represent H&W in leadership meetings, compliance reviews, and external events when required.

Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent medical discipline (MBA in Healthcare preferred).
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in healthcare or senior living operations, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, medical compliance, and resident care standards.
- Proven experience in team management, audits, and health program implementation.
- Exposure to health data systems, EMR, and wellness technology platforms.
