As a Wedding Planner at Panigrahana Weddings, your role will involve planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings to create unforgettable experiences for clients. You will be responsible for budgeting, vendor coordination, event execution, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings - Manage budgeting and financial planning for events - Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution - Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships effectively - Stay updated on wedding industry trends and maintain a strong vendor network - Multi-task and perform efficiently under tight deadlines - Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable experiences - Work in a target-based environment and contribute to sales activities Qualifications: - Proven experience in Wedding Planning and Event Management - Budgeting expertise and financial planning skills - Strong customer service orientation and client relationship management experience - Ability to create memorable and seamless wedding experiences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Up-to-date knowledge of wedding industry trends and vendor networks - Relevant certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus - Experience working in sales and target-based environments About the Company: Panigrahana Weddings, with locations in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Goa, specializes in creating unforgettable wedding experiences through a blend of creativity and flawless execution.
