Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Wedding Planner, located in Bengaluru. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of weddings, from initial client consultations to the final execution of events. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand their needs and preferences, budgeting, organizing and managing vendor services, arranging logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires managing timelines, overseeing setup and takedowns at event venues, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the planning process and on the actual day of the event.

Qualifications

• Skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for events
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in the wedding or event planning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
