Wedding and Events Coordinator

As a Wedding and Event Coordinator at Leela Events, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing seamless and memorable events for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements, vision, and budget - Developing detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets - Coordinating logistics including venue selection, catering, dcor, entertainment, and transportation - Sourcing and managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements - Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown while troubleshooting any issues that arise - Managing guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements - Providing on-site supervision during events to ensure everything runs smoothly - Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships - Providing post-event reports and feedback to improve future events Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an event or wedding coordinator - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in event planning software and MS Office Suite - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Certification in event planning or hospitality (preferred) At Leela Events, you can expect a dynamic and creative work environment with opportunities to work on diverse and high-profile events.
