Wedding and Events Coordinator

As an event coordinator at IRIS DECOR, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing weddings and events to meet and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with clients to understand their vision, theme, and requirements for weddings and events. - Preparing customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client needs. - Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring high client satisfaction. - Overseeing event production, including dcor setup, floral arrangements, stage design, lighting, and audiovisuals. - Liaising with decorators, florists, caterers, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution. - Creating and managing event timelines, ensuring all aspects run smoothly within the allocated budget. - Leading the setup and execution of events, troubleshooting any last-minute challenges. - Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. - Ensuring all dcor elements meet IRIS DECOR's high-quality standards. - Overseeing event breakdown, vendor settlements, and client feedback collection. Qualifications required for this role include: - Event Planning and Wedding Planning skills - Budgeting expertise - Strong customer service skills - Experience in planning and coordinating events or weddings - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of local vendors management - Relevant certification or degree in Event Management or related field Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in person, with an expected start date of 31/05/2025.,
