Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding and Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to deliver exceptional events tailored to each client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, vision, and budget
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation
• Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreements
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements
• Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide post-event reports and feedback to improve future events
• Qualifications

• Proven experience as an event or wedding coordinator
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in event planning software and MS Office Suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in event planning or hospitality (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
