Job Description

Title: Web/UI Designer-Developer (Figma + React/Next.js) Location: Tathawade - WFO Type: Full-time Exp - 2 to 4 years Salary - 25K to 40K   About the role We’re looking for a product-minded designer-developer who can turn business ideas into polished UI: ideate in Figma, build responsive components in React/Next.js, and ship production-ready HTML/CSS with great accessibility and performance.   What you’ll do Own features end-to-end: user flows → wireframes → high-fidelity Figma → responsive implementation in React/Next.js. Build a reusable component system (Storybook/shadcn or similar) with clean, accessible markup. Translate design tokens into CSS (Tailwind or CSS Modules), ensure pixel-perfect layouts. Collaborate with backend devs; consume REST/GraphQL, handle loading/error/empty states. Optimize Core Web Vitals, cross-browser/device QA, and a11y (WCAG 2.1 AA). Contribute to design system guidelines and documentation.   Must-have skills Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, design tokens, prototyping). Strong HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, fluid typography), Tailwind or vanilla CSS. React + Next.js (App Router), basic TypeScript, state management (Context/Zustand). Accessibility (ARIA, focus management), responsiveness, and performance basics. Git, PR workflow, and clear communication.   Nice to have Figma - Must. shadcn/ui, Framer Motion, Storybook. Basic UX research (usability tests), icon/illustration chops. Familiarity with Node/Express, Vercel/Netlify deploys, image optimization. SEO fundamentals (meta tags, OG, sitemaps).
