Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative

Website UI/UX Designer

with a strong background in designing user-centric and visually compelling websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating seamless digital experiences, optimizing website performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all web assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance website layouts, landing pages, and UI components with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to guide design improvements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and storyboards for new features and website enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver smooth design implementation.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze user behavior and website analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for websites, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, HTML, and CSS (coding knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website design and UI/UX projects.
