**About the Role**:
We are seeking creative tech talent with 3- 4years of experience to join our dynamic team in MBP, Mahape (Navi Mumbai). You’ll build and optimize websites, blending development, design, and SEO in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Candidates from Thane, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, or nearby areas are preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or WordPress.
- Design wireframes and mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Optimize websites for SEO (keywords, on-page, site speed).
- Conduct performance audits and integrate Google Analytics.
- Update content, perform A/B testing, and iterate based on data insights.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in web development, design, or SEO.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies and CMS (WordPress/Shopify).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs); portfolio mandatory.
- Degree in a related field; excellent communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js); Git experience.
- Google Analytics certification; e-commerce experience.
