Job Description

Company: Nextgen Infratech Solution LLP – Dynamic organization in MBP, Mahape (Navi Mumbai), serving domestic & international clients with a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Location: MBP, Mahape (Navi Mumbai) – Prefer candidates from Thane, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, or nearby.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: [₹4-6 LPA based on experience]

About the Role

Creative tech talent (2-3 years exp.) to build & optimize websites, blending dev, design, and SEO in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive sites with HTML/CSS/JS, React/WordPress.
Design wireframes/mockups in Figma/Adobe XD.
Optimize for SEO: keywords, on-page, site speed.
Audit performance; integrate Google Analytics.
Update content, A/B test, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

2-3 years in web dev/design/SEO.
Proficient in front-end tech & CMS (WordPress/Shopify).
SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs); portfolio required.
Degree in related field; strong communication skills.

Preferred

Back-end basics (PHP/Node.js); Git.
Google Analytics cert; e-commerce exp.
