Website Developer & Manager

Merch & Tales Studios (Part of Unified Sports)

About Us

Merch & Tales Studios is a digital marketing agency under parent company, Unified Sports. We build and manage digital-first campaigns, strategies, and brand solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer & Manager to take ownership of our in-house websites and lead client web development projects.

Job Description

Revamp and manage 4 in-house company websites end-to-end (design, development, updates, SEO, hosting).
Design, develop, and manage client websites across industries.
Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-optimized, secure, and user-friendly.
Manage CMS, hosting, domains, and third-party integrations.
Work with internal design, marketing, and content teams to align websites with brand and campaign goals.
Strong proficiency on latest technology and AI related frameworks, tools, and trends.

Requirements

Experience: At least 5+ years in website design & development OR portfolio of 20+ successfully delivered websites.
Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery (design → development → launch → maintenance).
Strong skills in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, React, Elementor, and custom-coded sites.
Solid understanding of UI/UX, SEO best practices, responsive design.
Knowledge of analytics, workflow automation, and site performance optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Work Details

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: Mon–Fri (Work from Office), Sat (Work from Home)
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives (based on skill and value delivered)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (within 2 weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
