Job Description

We need an experienced Website Developer & SEO Specialist who understands the full digital marketing stack. This role is hands-on—building and optimizing websites, driving organic search growth, and executing campaigns across digital channels. You’ll take ownership of both technical and creative initiatives to deliver real business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize company and client websites (front-end and back-end).
• Implement best practices in on-page and technical SEO, including site structure, schema, speed, and mobile optimization.
• Drive off-page SEO: link-building, citation management, and outreach.
• Plan, launch, and analyze digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, content, social media).
• Track site performance, analyze metrics, and create actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and SEO integration.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; WordPress or similar CMS).
• Proven track record in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console, etc.).
• Strong understanding of PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analytical mindset: Able to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server management, website security, and performance optimization.
• Certification in Google Analytics or related platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
