Company Overview

• Lead the build, launch, and maintenance of large-scale, high-quality websites in Webflow, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Translate complex Figma designs and design systems into fully functional, pixel-perfect Webflow implementations.
• Architect CMS-driven content structures and reusable components for long-term scalability.
• Implement advanced Webflow interactions, animations, and custom code integrations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO, ensuring best-in-class performance.
• Manage third-party integrations (analytics, marketing automation, forms, APIs, etc.).
• Support junior developers when needed, review workflows, and contribute to team-wide best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, and engineers to push creative boundaries while ensuring technical feasibility.
  

• Proven expertise in delivering and maintaining complex Webflow projects end-to-end.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Skilled in extending Webflow functionality with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to architect scalable CMS structures and modular design systems.
• An eye for detail and design craft - you know when something feels off by a pixel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
  

• Experience with SEO optimization and analytics integrations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce flows or large-scale CMS migrations in Webflow.
• Exposure to advanced animations (GSAP, Lottie, Three.js) beyond native Webflow.
• Interest in AI-driven tools for workflow automation and design.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional Webflow development experience.
• Portfolio: Proven record of 5+ completed Webflow projects (client or agency work).
• Experience with SEO optimization, advanced interactions, and CMS/e-commerce projects.
