Our website is a core touchpoint for prospective clients, partners, and talent — and we’re looking for a Webflow Developer to join our in-house team to keep it sharp, high-performing, and evolving with our brand. Role Overview We’re hiring a Webflow Developer with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience to join our in-house team. You’ll manage and improve the TaskMonk website — from creating landing pages and updating content to enhancing performance, SEO, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative flair with technical precision, and cares deeply about speed, design, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Own all updates and improvements to the TaskMonk Webflow website Build new landing pages and content sections based on briefs or Figma designs Publish and maintain blogs, product updates, and other site content Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and SEO performance Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and feature launches Suggest and implement UX/UI improvements to enhance site usability Ensure consistent brand design and structure across the website Requirements 1.5–2 years of experience working with Webflow in a professional setting Strong knowledge of responsive design, Webflow CMS, and SEO best practices Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Detail-oriented with a solid QA mindset Clear communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or AI startup environment Familiarity with A/B testing or CRO tools Understanding of performance and accessibility audits What We Offer Competitive compensation, flexible, collaborative, and remote-friendly culture Work with a dynamic, fast-growing AI company High ownership of TaskMonk’s web presence Room to grow into broader tech focused roles Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Experience: SEO: 1 year (Preferred) Web development: 1 year (Required) Location: Bengaluru District, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
