About The Role

As a

Junior Webflow Developer

, you’ll be responsible for crafting

visually stunning, responsive, and high-performing websites

. Working closely with our

design, marketing, and development teams

, you’ll turn creative ideas into functional, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain custom, no-code Webflow websites
Implement Webflow interactions, animations, and CMS functionalities
Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into Webflow
Integrate third-party tools (APIs, Zapier, Memberstack, etc.) to enhance website functionality
Troubleshoot bugs and improve UI/UX based on user feedback
Stay up-to-date with Webflow trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of hands-on Webflow experience
Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles
Experience with Webflow CMS & eCommerce (a plus!)
Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
