Job Title: Webflow Developer Location: Chennai (On-site) Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re hiring a Webflow-only developer. Not a web developer. Not a full-stack engineer. This is purely for someone who lives inside Webflow and loves it. You should be the kind of person who spends hours refining layouts, fixing the smallest alignment issues, and enjoys testing smooth scrolls and animations until they feel just right. What You’ll Do: Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow Translate Figma files into pixel-perfect live builds Use custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) inside Webflow when needed Collaborate closely with 2D and 3D artists, animators, and designers Stay updated on the latest Webflow features and community tricks Pay obsessive attention to design detail and functional accuracy Must-Haves: Solid portfolio of Webflow projects (certifications in Webflow are a bonus) Strong eye for visual design, spacing, and interaction quality Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Passion for research and experimentation Ability to work independently and with a creative team Bonus: Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or Barba.js Comfortable working on interactive or animated sites Why Join Us: You’ll be part of a studio where every project is different.
