We’re Hiring: Digital Assessment Publishing Specialist | Prometric

detail-oriented Digital Assessment Publishing Specialist

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Publish and format digital exam content within timelines
Validate test functionality, scoring logic, and overall content accuracy
Perform quality checks to ensure error-free exam delivery
Troubleshoot publishing/content issues and support internal teams
Maintain documentation and follow publishing guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflows
Assist in evaluating alternative technical or formatting solutions

Must-Have Skills

Strong MS Word & Advanced Excel (including macros)
Working knowledge of HTML
Basic Python
Excellent communication & analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good to Have

Experience in e-learning or digital content publishing
Familiarity with XML
1+ year experience in exam/content publishing roles
