Web Publisher

As a member of the Vapronix web team, your primary responsibility will be to upload, format, and publish various types of digital content such as articles, blog posts, images, quizzes, and videos on our websites and apps using Inhouse CMS and WordPress. It is crucial to ensure that all content adheres to the company's style guide, SEO guidelines, and accessibility standards. Your attention to detail will be essential in checking all published content for mistakes, typos, or formatting issues. In addition to content management, you will be responsible for setting up and scheduling push notifications and promotions using tools like Notix, OneSignal for the website, and Firebase for the app. Managing and posting content on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube will also be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will upload and configure publishing material for various App Stores such as Google, Apple, and others. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams is vital to ensure that the content aligns with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and overall company objectives. Troubleshooting and resolving any content display or functionality issues within the CMS will also fall under your purview. It will be expected of you to verify the changes you implement and report back to your manager upon completion. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in operating content management systems or similar platforms, as well as knowledge of JSON, HTML, and basic scripting, will be advantageous. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Basic graphic design skills, particularly using tools like Canva, will be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Web Publisher is required for this role. The work location is in person.
