Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Development Trainer based in Raipur. The Web Development Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, developing course curricula, and supporting participants in building strong web development skills. The role involves conducting training sessions, tailoring content for different skill levels, and evaluating the progress of participants to ensure successful learning outcomes. The professional will also collaborate with the broader team to create impactful training methodologies and resources.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development to design and deliver effective educational programs.
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with participants and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and train individuals of varying levels of experience and backgrounds in web development techniques and tools.
• Relevant certifications in web development or training methodologies are an advantage.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners to achieve their professional goals.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in web development or technical training.
• Hands-on experience in building responsive websites and basic dynamic web applications.
• Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or training students (preferred for CSR / skill development programs).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 basics)
• Responsive design (Flexbox, Grid, mobile-first approach)
• Basic JavaScript DOM manipulation
• Version control using Git & GitHub
• Website deployment using GitHub Pages, Netlify, or similar

Basic understanding of:

• Web hosting concepts
• Browser debugging tools
• Accessibility and performance basics

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify concepts for first-generation and non-CS learners.
• High learner empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable managing mixed-ability batches in district / semi-urban contexts.

Optional Add-on Requirements (to strengthen program quality)

• Exposure to basic UI/UX principles and design tools (Figma / Canva).
• Familiarity with basic backend concepts (APIs, JSON, intro to Node.js).
• Experience supporting learners in portfolio creation and entry-level job interviews.
• Prior experience with placement-linked or CSR-funded skilling program
