NIIT Foundation (NF), established in 2004, is a not-for-profit education society spearheaded by the promoters of NIIT. NF’s mission is to create a positive impact on underserved communities through educational initiatives and employability skill development programs. The foundation operates skill development centers in urban and rural areas, providing placement support, digital and financial literacy programs, and facilitating digital access through innovative initiatives like Hole-in-the-Wall Learning Stations. NF collaborates with corporates and NGOs to deliver customized CSR solutions, school and college programs, and community-based digital empowerment projects, reaching beneficiaries aged 6 to 60. These efforts are aligned with the mandates of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Development Trainer based in Gurugram. The Web Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on web development, creating tailored training curriculums, and guiding students in acquiring practical, job-ready skills. The role also includes evaluating the performance of trainees, monitoring their progress, and providing mentorship to support their successful skill development. Collaboration with the existing team to continuously improve the program and meet industry requirements will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training & Development, with experience in designing engaging training sessions.
• Proficient in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry-specific web development standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners effectively.
• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) processes related to professional development and skills training is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
• Prior hands-on experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills to guide learners in their career paths.
• Passionate about upskilling underprivileged communities and contributing to social development initiatives.

Location- Pune, Maharashtra

Salary upto- 50k CTC per month

Duration- 4 months
