Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer proficient in PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, database management, and server operations. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing dynamic websites and web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and WordPress.
Develop custom plugins, themes, and modules for WordPress and Laravel-based systems.
Integrate databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar) and ensure efficient data flow and storage.
Manage server configurations, deployments, and FTP operations (using tools like FileZilla).
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and other external services as needed.
Perform website optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.
Handle server-side logic, database management, and security best practices.
Ensure proper backup, migration, and version control for all projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to code, hosting, or deployment.
Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of hands-on experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in PHP (preferably with Laravel framework) and Node.js.
Good experience with WordPress (custom theme and plugin development).
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with MySQL, SQL, and database design principles.
Familiarity with FTP tools (e.g., FileZilla) and server management (Apache, Nginx, cPanel, etc.).
Understanding of API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and session management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and code quality.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or other front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub).
Understanding of server security, SSL management, and DNS configuration.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
