Web Designer/Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in PHP (Laravel) and React, with working knowledge of Next.js and Node.js. Familiarity with FileZilla or other FTP tools is required.

This role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
• Build dynamic and responsive frontends using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and improve UI/UX.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, perform code reviews, and optimize performance.
• Manage file uploads and transfers using FTP tools like FileZilla.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from planning to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, especially the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with Next.js.
• Basic understanding of Node.js and server-side development.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend tools.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience using FileZilla or similar FTP software.
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL or similar).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with deployment on shared or cloud hosting environments.
• Familiarity with CMS like WordPress (optional).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
