Web Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer with 2–3 years of experience who can bring Figma designs to life with pixel-perfect accuracy. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in modern animation techniques, responsive design, and SEO-friendly web development. Should have experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, page builders).

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma/Sketch designs into fully functional, responsive web pages.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Implement smooth CSS and JavaScript animations and transitions using libraries like GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
• Optimize websites for performance using techniques like lazy loading and efficient DOM manipulation.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to create seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently to maintain website quality.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, including proper use of semantic HTML, meta tags, alt tags, structured data, and fast loading times.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in responsive design and modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, media queries).
• Strong skills in CSS animations and transitions.
• Experience with JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP, ScrollTrigger, and similar.
• Familiarity with lazy loading, image optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, and page builders).
• Ability to work with design tools (Figma/Sketch) to implement designs accurately.
• Understanding and implementation of SEO-friendly web development practices.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
