Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Web Developer Intern with minimum of 6 months of Experience to join our team. The Web Developer Intern will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional design and development environment while working on real-world projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Collaborate with the design team to translate visual designs into functional and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and j Query.
• Implement contact forms, CAPTCHA, and other interactive elements to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Content Management Systems (CMS):
• Develop and customize websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability.
• Configure and integrate plugins, themes, and third-party extensions to meet project requirements.
• Database Management:
• Utilize SQL for database management tasks, including data manipulation, retrieval, and optimization.
• Implement database-driven features and functionality to support dynamic content and user interactions.
• Front-End Design:
• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces, layouts, and navigation structures for websites and web applications.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to create wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure compatibility, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging design technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completed a degree in web development, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and j Query.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management tasks.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience of WordPress is a Must with knowledge of themes extractions and Downloads.
• Server working knowledge and experience on Go-daddy, Hostinger etc hosting knowledge is a must.
• PHP Knowledge will be an added advantage for this role.
