Job Highlights:

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive lead generation efforts across international & Domestic markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing bulk email campaigns using multiple email accounts and generating qualified leads for IT services. If you are fresher we will train you and if you have experience you will get a chance to work with brilliant team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize bulk email marketing campaigns across various platforms (AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, etc.) for B2B lead generation.
  • Access and manage a list of 500 to 700 email IDs to ensure successful and wide-reaching email campaigns output
  • Identify potential business clients through email marketing, with a focus on generating leads for IT services like software solutions, website development, e-commerce design, and digital marketing.
  • Meet a minimum target of 30 qualified leads per month from international markets.
  • Research and curate data lists for email campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the target audience and services.
  • Create compelling email content, including personalized messages, offers, and follow-up strategies.
  • Monitor email marketing performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion rates, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing standards and data privacy regulations (such as GDPR).
  • Conduct follow-up and nurture emails to convert leads into qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless handover of leads for follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, specifically through email marketing for IT services.
  • Proven ability to manage bulk email campaigns using multiple email platforms (AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
  • Access to a minimum of 500 email IDs for bulk email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and familiarity with IT services such as software development, digital marketing, and website design.
  • Ability to generate a minimum of 30 qualified leads per month from international markets.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting email campaign performance and optimizing for better results.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills to create engaging email marketing messages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing large data sets and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws like GDPR and best practices for email marketing compliance.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience in international lead generation campaigns, especially for IT services.
  • Ability to research and identify quality B2B data lists for email marketing campaigns.
