About the Role:

Web Designer & Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing responsive and engaging websites using modern web standards.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate visual designs and brand elements into functional websites.
• Maintain and update existing websites to reflect current content, campaigns, and design standards.
• Ensure all web designs are mobile-friendly and optimized for speed and performance.
• Test websites for usability, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and fix basic UI/UX and functional issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Support in implementing content through CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.
• Work with senior developers to learn and adopt best practices in web development.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to WordPress or other Content Management Systems is a plus.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new design concepts and web technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
