SkyBook Global™ is a Travel BPO & Digital Marketing, Web Development company based in Kozhikode. We specialize in providing innovative Travel Outsourcing & Travel Consulting Services, including Travel Accounting Services, Travel Call center, Travel Audit, Travel Operations, Customer Support for Travel companies, Digital Marketing for Travel, and Web Development. Our goal is to deliver exceptional solutions that enhance the travel experience for our clients and their customers.


We are looking for a dynamic Content Writer with a passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of the Travel & Tourism Industry. The ideal candidate is preferred to have a background in the travel industry, either through completing a Travel Graduation program or a similar certification course from a reputed Travel Academy. Fresher’s with a strong background in travel and tourism studies are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct thorough research on travel destinations, trends, and updates within the Travel & Tourism Industry to develop compelling content.
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

•Requirements

  • BA in English or MA in English is a must
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and translate findings into compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines is a plus.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of different travel destinations, cultures, and experiences.
  • Prior experience in content writing or digital marketing is desirable but not required.
