Ticketing Executive

•Key Responsibilities

•Issue, reissue, and process refunds for air tickets using Travelport GDS.

•Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and refund guidelines.

•Handle booking queues, schedule changes, and involuntary reissues efficiently.

•Communicate clearly and professionally with the client (via email, chat, or calls).

•Resolve discrepancies by liaising with airlines/suppliers where required.

•Maintain records and prepare periodic reports on issued and refunded tickets.

•Adapt to client’s time zone (Zambia – CAT) and work schedule.

•Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Travelport GDS (minimum 2–3 years).

•Strong knowledge of air ticketing processes (issuance, reissuance, refunds).

•Fluent in English (written & spoken); Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

•Flexibility to align working hours with client’s local business hours.

•Strong problem-solving, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.

•Preferred Qualifications

•Previous experience in outsourcing setups / supporting international travel agencies.

•Familiarity with other GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.

•Background in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
